Island hopping is a great way to spend your holidays. May describe it as several holidays in one because each island is slightly different than the previous one. On the deck the experience of the previous island sinks in, while the next destination is already looming at the horizon.

The Cyclades are located in the middle of the Aegean sea, roughly between the mainland of Greece and Crete. It's undoubtedly the most picturesque island group of Greece. Characteristics of the Cyclades are the bright white cubic-shaped houses with brightly colored (usually blue) doors and windows, whitewashed labyrinth streets, numerous windmills and picturesque churches. This combined with the sunshine and azureblue sea.

Despite the similarities between all the islands, each island has its own specifics. Santorini is a very romantic island with beautiful sunsets, Naxos has the best beaches in the Cyclades and a visit to Amorgos and Folegandros makes you experience the real Greece.
