Lipsi is a small island of the Dodecanese with a surface area of approximately 16 km2. Its location is east of Patmos and north of Leros. Lipsi is ideal for a quiet holiday. There is only one village on the island called Lipsi Town. It is a very small village with picturesque white houses. There are approximately 610 people living on the island, there are two taxi's and you can rent a moped. Lipsi has low hills, brush, small valleys and many quiet beaches. Those beaches are not all easy to reach. From Lipsi Town many boat trips are organized to the surrounding small islands.
