One restaurant we recommend in Nafplio is Aiolos. In this restaurant, we were also offered the chance to taste different Greek wines. We recommend it!
During the trip, we made 1 change: the ferry departure times. We always took it in the afternoon, which was more comfortable for us. I don't know if this is practically possible, but perhaps you could let future travellers choose whether they want to sail in the morning or the afternoon?
