The organisation was good

The organisation was good. The transfers were well organised.
The hotels and apartments were good.
Athens was beautiful and pleasant and right in the centre.
When we went to bed in Athens, we saw the Acropolis!

The children loved the hotel pool, which meant they weren't even in the sea in Naxos and Crete!

Car hire in Crete was good. It was only slightly late because it was waiting on the wrong boat. They had information that we came on the other boat.

A few other comments/tips:
- breakfast at the Athens hotel was not properly organised on the last morning. We had to leave at 6:30am and at 6:00am we were promptly put ashore.
Perhaps more convenient not to order breakfast. At least I assume you pay separately for it anyway.
- The ferry from Santorini to Crete was a shame it was evening, so we had to make our way to Mirtos in the dark. It's also quite far.
An apartment/hotel in northern Crete would have been more convenient for us.
But ... the apartment in Mirtos was a perfect and a very pretty village. We went to Kalami and Sarakina Gorge and had a great time.
But if you stay there longer, you're a bit further away and to the north you're more central.

- We took another boat trip to Santorini. It was beautiful, but the visit to the volcano was very disappointing. The hotel in Santorini at Karterados.
the town was disappointing but central ... we went to Kamari by bus.

In short, we had a very good holiday. Thank you very much!
